Brandon B. & Keith H. were exceedingly professional and a pleasure during an otherwise disrupted trip. Service was exceptional. I was suck 2 hours from home; Vac pump (brakes) failed and destroyed the belt +. Had to get a new vac pump, pwr steering pump, and fan clutch...Took nearly 2 days for parts and waiting.... Keith gave me a ride to and from nearby hotel- as the repair was unavailable same day. Auto issues otr really suck, but at least there were good people to deal with during the repair process.
I had a great experience at Meineke Car Care Center in Wylie, TX. I needed help installing the cover part on my mirror blinker, and Brandon and his great skilled team assisted me promptly within just a few minutes. The work was done with care, precision, and professionalism. I truly appreciate their support and kindness, especially as they helped me as a military veteran and did not charge me for this small work. Brandon was great! They were quick and efficient and didn’t try to upsell me like most places do. I will definitely be back in the future.
Horrible experience. This place is not trustworthy and will attempt to trap you. I was forced to ether take their repair option or tow my car after they messed with it and made it undrivable. This all started from a basic oil change ... Do not trust these people with your car, they will deceit you and lie to your face while acting all kind.
