Great customer service! They were very efficient at taking care of my car's battery.
They advertise wheel alignment deal On Groupon. I bought two, One for me and one for my wife’s Jeep and took my truck in. The guy took my truck redeem the coupon and then told me they cannot service it since it’s a 2022 model year. No, I’m stuck with it. Send on Groupon. It shows I have used it, but I have received no service from Meineke. They are at total mess.
Good and quick service. Brandon was very knowledgeable and kind to me. He answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction regarding my repair(s). He and the other guys had me back on the road in the same day. Thanks you the Men at Meineke for listening and taking care of my car. You are appreciated.
