These guys are honest, transparent and make sure you understand what's going on every step of the way. I feel confident that they take great care of my wife when she brings her car in and they've shown that time and time again.
I truly appreciate the service provided. Brandon and his guys were great (courteous, professional, knowledgeable). I had my minivan towed to this location after being towed from another place. I didn't really know if it needed an alternator or a new battery. There was no haggling . I was told exactly what was needed and paid a fair price. They even made sure that I got home safely after leaving my vehicle there. I'm so glad to be back on the road again. I will return for other services. I highly recommend this location.
Brandon, the manager, is amazing and is an honest man! I went in with things i asked to be done and he kept me in the loop the entire time and didnt charge me for things I thought I needed but turned out to not be needed. Definitely will be a returning customer as I know he's looking out for his customers and not just trying to take our hard earned money.
I cannot thank Brandon enough for his assistance today... I was getting my tires changed at Discount Tire located right next to this Meineke in Wylie TX, and after the tire change my car just wouldn't start! It was an all-day ordeal (ending up with me having to tow my car to the dealership due to warranty coverage) but Brandon walked over from Meineke to help and did so much work right there in the Discount Tire Bay to see if he can get it started... he even had to walk back and forth for tools and stuff.
