Brandon is a hardworking, honest and reliable serviceman. This is my second time bringing my car to this location. Not only was he on job but my car arrived earlier than the scheduled time as i had to tow it there and he was on it right away. He did diagnostics on my car to give me a full clear picture of what needed work, gave me a fair quote and completed service all in good time. I would recommend this location to all my friends and acquaintances.
Service was impeccable. Great prices and very friendly and courteous manager and staff.
The owner was very rude. I have an oil change on my 2021 Volkswagen but although I was able to purchase it online then once my appointment time was here they of course couldn't do it for the price I was quoted I usually don't go to meineke because I have never been to one that treated you fairly . Please if you are a woman they will try to take advantage and raise the price or add extras on to the bill. Worst establishment in Wiley , tx I won't be back. Poor customer service
This shop cannot be trusted. I used to recommend them to everyone since I had good experience with them in the past, but no more. They scammed my girlfriend into replacing her serpentine belt stating that it had cracks. Except the fact is, I already had the belt replaced a few weeks before. Even the picture they took shows ZERO cracks on the belt.
