I called the day before the end of the month and quickly had an appointment. I arrived early and was greeted. Immediately they took my Cadillac back. I was told I would need a battery soon as it was extremely low and it has been 5 years since I purchased my last. Also, brake fluid was black, so brakes were checked. They showed me how much was left on brakes back and front. Estimates were given. No pressure to purchase. I liked that but was told to get brakes done somewhere.
