They failed to do wheel alignment. They sent you coupons for full synthetic oil change and charge you double, claiming that your car needs different oil. I should have learned from my mistake and don’t bring my car here for second time. No more!! Avoid this place

This location appears to rely heavily on upselling unnecessary work and scaring customers about their cars being in critical condition. Both managers (David and Justin) said additional repairs had to be completed before they would perform the service I requested. I went in specifically for a timing belt replacement. They told me later on the phone that before they could do the timing belt, I would first need to: (1) replace the ignition coil electrical connectors/clips, and (2) replace the valve cover gasket.
