Brought my truck in to have my brakes fixed. I was told they’d do a brake inspection and waive the inspection fee if my brakes needed to be replaced. That didn’t happen — they replaced my rear brakes and rotors, and I was still charged for the inspection. On top of that, my son-in-law, who’s a mechanic, said I was overcharged for the work that was done. Overall, I don’t recommend this place.
Attempted to get pricing for a maintenance service and was cut off before being done with my question.. Jeremy who answered the phone was either having a rough day I hope because he was just plain rude. No signs of good customer service

Poor time management. Told me 30 minutes for a quick oil change, took 90 minutes. Consumers also be aware of the misleading / false advertising of the 59.99 oil change and tire rotation. They forget to disclose or mention additional information.
I went to get a noise checked in the rear passenger side and my breas changed. I asked Alex at the front desk to drive the car before doing anything to the car to see what's making that noise, He said he will have someone drive it. Instead they pulled the car right into the shop and started working on the breaks, waited for over 2 hours. The front passenger tire was missing a bolt, which Alex had mentioned that they broke it and replaced it at no extra charge.
