Terrible. For starters they lost my wheel key for my lug nuts then tried to say I didn’t have it in my glovebox. I checked before I dropped it off. Then I had it in for a tire repair/replace as I had a nail in it. They send me a quote for ~$5,300 worth of work. My car has 50k miles on it and they wanted to change my shocks and struts and a number of other things. Truly want to thank the Meineke staff at store #1979 and Sarah for handling my vehicle needs like true professionals. Dropped my car off in the morning and they were able to make the address necessary recommendations as well as my personal concerns before the end of business. Thank you again!
Went in with my Subaru Impreza to see what was wrong with my AC. To replace the motor they were going to try to charge me DOUBLE what it should actually cost for the parts + labor. They also charged me $227 for the diagnostic. When I called them out for overcharging me for the repairs and said I was going to take it to the dealership, they gave me a discounted quote AFTER paying for the diagnostic (still overpriced according to Subaru). Very sketchy. Thanks for nothing!!
Made a appt to get my new muffler installed. Pulled up and they were blaring rap music in the shop to the point I could barely hear. Get in and wait for my car to get done….lady come back and said it would be $425!!! For literally a muffler install that would take them 30 min. She stated that was for 2 plus hours of labor which is still insane. After I said no thank you she immediately said well we can knock it down to $270ish (plus tax)…. Great shop! Went in stressing about a flat tire hoping it could be fixed. Unfortunately it was way beyond repair. I flagged down the guy working on my car I think it was Darrius to inquire about the condition of my tire . He rolled it over to the door and showed me the damage and explained why it was beyond repair. The manager brought me out and showed me my other tires were completely worn . I was able to use one of their payment plans and leave with a new set of tires without any money out of my pocket
