One day repair of brakes for a 2019 Acura
Our 2006 Toyota Tacoma died, had to have it towed to Meineke at 1pm on Friday. They diagnosed the issue as a failed alternator and after receiving the correct part the next morning, had the truck back to us by 11am on Saturday. Very quick service and knowledgeable with, I think, fair pricing.
I've been coming to this shop for a few years and it has really gone downhill. David is extremely unprofessional, complaining to customers that he had to come in on his day off, bad mouthing coworkers in front of customers. David ended a phone call with a customer and proceeded to bad mouth the customer where everyone in the lobby could hear.
