Henry and Chad did an incredible job, love how it’s not hearsay they actually photograph any problem with your car for you and give you quotes. It’s definetly the best service I’ve received!
I like this Meineke for several reasons. Chad is really good at what he does as store manager. He takes his time explaining everything thoroughly and not throwing anything else in the mix that is considered excessive costs overrun. Very appreciative of that as I watched him deal with other customers. Always takes his time with my vehicle which is something I personally want that way nothing is overlooked and they also don’t feel rushed as well. Been here a couple times for various things and they’ve always been extremely transparent and up-front about expected turn time and cost. They send you photos and explanations of all recommended work which I appreciate. Big shout out to Chad, John, and the rest of the team, I’ll be back for future service because of them
UPDATE: Something has changed in the last year or two. And now I'm going elsewhere. The last few times they've been trying to upsell me, but the most recent takes the cake. Everything they were pushing was not based on need, but based "Manufacture recommended schedule" OK cool but.... They replaced my cabin and engine filter 6 months/5K miles ago. I have the receipts so don't tell me to change that per manufacture recommendations... That's either a lie, or it's incompetence. Regardless of which, I no longer trust this place.... read more
