I appreciate that they are honest and do not perform (and charge for) services that are not needed. Once, I arrived for an oil change and the tech looked at my sticker and said I didn't really need one yet based on how much time had passed since my last change. Then recently, during an oil change, based on their visual inspection of my brake pads (down to 2mm), they recommended a brake pad replacement and quoted me around $500. Had been trying to fix the heating in my truck for days. I gave them a call and they had an appointment for me next day. Within a couple hours it was fixed and it didn’t cost me an arm and leg. They were very communicative and professional. Thank you, my truck is finally warm!
