Lets start with allowing me to be heard when talking about my vehicle. The gentleman named Mike was very nice. So far my car is doing great. And the servicemen worked to get me a answer. I haven't had my car back long but so far so good. I am very satisfied and appreciative to be back on the road again.

Mike was very helpful in finding me a muffler, even though we couldn’t find one in any local inventory and within a reasonable price. He referred me to another vendor. Thanks Mike! Ray

Meineke is good at doing state inspections. They tell you everything that’s wrong with the car. But their repair services are too expensive in my opinion. You’d be better off finding a good mechanic to do your repairs. If you need an inspection, oil change or something else that’s simple, Meineke is fine.

Certain staff seem to show favoritism to individuals who are of their own ethnicity. When you schedule an appointment, they will randomly say that you are a drop off and not priority, even though you requested to wait for your vehicle. When you schedule an appointment in advance, they do little to accommodate you, and will tell you after hours of waiting, that they cannot service you because they are backed up. However, certain custmoers get preferred service-.see first sentence above.
