I made an appointment online to have my car inspected and oil changed. I selected the 8:00 am appointment but said that I would be dropping my car off.....huge mistake. After 5:00 pm the next day, I called and asked the status and they proudly told me it was in the building. Yay. Ended up calling me after the location was closed telling me how they stayed late to get it done (while also telling me 10 things that "I really should think about doing").
