Had a 9:00am appointment, got there at 8:57, the counter person stated he was just going to call me to see if I could do a drop off, 3 minutes before the appointment! They said it should be done in 2 hours, I left the car, called 3 hours later and was told an inspector was out today but it was getting worked on now. 3 hours later I had to call again, they asked if I seen the suggested list of inspection they texted and emailed to me.
