Best service I’ve ever gotten from a mechanic shop! Like, genuinely surprised that good places/people like this still exist. Went in for an oil change and general inspection; me and my finance knew they were gonna find a lot. We knew our car wasn’t in great shape. They took pictures and videos of everything they found, and it turned out there was less wrong with the car than we thought! I have been a customer to this location for three years or more. Although there has been turnover often I have to say they are reliable and skillful. I have tried other locations for service eventually I had to come back for them to fix and solve the problems. They are quick, honest, and dedicated to car service.
The workers at Meineke are always efficient and respectful. I needed my tires changed and my car alignment done, and Todd took great care of everything. He kept his word and had my car ready in a timely manner. Great service and a dependable shop—I recommend them!
2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. I know they do some extensive car check, but I don't want it. Don't care what you have to say about the rest of my car, just change my oil and rotate the tires. And if you can't take my car at the time of my appointment, then went make appointments. Very disappointing. I will use up my Groupons them go somewhere else in the future.
