I'm really not sure how to rate this. This is my second time coming in for oil change. A oil change only, the very first time, it wasn't no problems, no issue in and out oil change, great, that's what made me decide to come back a second time, which was November, the 15th. When I went in for the oil change mind you, I always call and schedule my appointments. The guy made it seem like he didn't see my schedule appointment, red flag cause I know I made it cuse.
