The service was very friendly and professional. Definitely, five stars. The lower rating is a reflection of the cost of repairs today.
Amazing customer service! They protect the public and are empathetic when the worst case scenario happens. They fixed my brakes in just a couple hours and they communicated well with updates and pictures. Would highly recommend! My service advisor and point of contact was Mac and, in addition to having an adorable and smart puppy, he was kind and personable.
First time customer and was very happy with the great service they provided. Oil change and a tire rotation which was not necessary as they were able to measure the tire tread instead of just rotating when not needed. Customer service was great
This place had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a repair shop!!!! I had gone to a different shop first, but they gave me an overpriced estimate (which, I was told by a lot of people it might be because I’m a woman). I decided to come here instead for just an inspection and later found out that the other shop was trying to charge me for repairs that weren’t even needed. This place was amazing!
