We limped into Meineke with a car that seemed to have breathed its' last. Not knowing whether the motor had given out or what the issue was, we pulled into Meineke's lot simply to get off the street. It turned out we were at the perfect shop to repair a clogged catalytic converter! Along the way, the guys in the office did a great job communicating and the shop did a speedy, quality, repair. A car we thought was toast was, instead, back on the road for a reasonable price. We are grateful.
Yes I spoke with Rusty and Eddie they did a good job with getting me set up for an appointment they found the problem had it fixed within 3 hours and on my way.
Got my van right in .Found the problem and made it right. Good place.
Customer service was phenomenal. Did not have to wait for very long. There is just one service person.
Doug is amazing, knows better then to over charge a female for a simple oil change. ☺️
