Eric and crew did a great job. They checked everything about my car, more than I asked for! I expected that It was going to take between 2 and 3 hours of work and they delivered within that timeframe. Honest feedback and good communication.
I was pleasantly surprised that Meineke did a free A/C evaluation and I really appreciated that. They were very helpful and friendly. I did not need to have any work done at the time but will consider using them for their services in the future.
The good: They appear to be technically competent as far as I can tell, they answer the phone quickly, and the manager is very friendly and polite. The bad: They won't ever tell you they don't have time for a job, and will spin some crazy excuses when they can't get to your car. Our car was with them for 16 days for a very normal repair, and we were told 4 separate times it would be "Done tomorrow". Threatening to have it towed to another shop finally go them to work on it, but they still missed their "definitely for sure" c... read more
