The good: They appear to be technically competent as far as I can tell, they answer the phone quickly, and the manager is very friendly and polite. The bad: They won't ever tell you they don't have time for a job, and will spin some crazy excuses when they can't get to your car. Our car was with them for 16 days for a very normal repair, and we were told 4 separate times it would be "Done tomorrow". These guys are awesome! They do great work, they’re honest and transparent about costs and options. They answered all our questions and were always easy to call and speak to someone. My husband and I both work in a different county and these guys went above and beyond, even stayed late for us to pick up our car! They’re amazing, super cool people! Thank you for taking care of us!
I had such a GREAT experience here! Being a woman I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with mechanics and their shops like buckys in shoreline. But Meineke really took care of me. I felt good after reading a few reviews and after talking to Eric, who was such a sweetheart and gave my car a free full inspection.
