Horrible very rude person in office this morning 2/28/26 made this experience very unpleasant !! We where here last weekend for my husbands car and “ Jesse “ was very very nice and friendly but I had an appointment this morning and brought it in and had the $29.95 synthetic blend coupon and the guy very rude said your car says to put full synthetic in it I tried to explain I’ve been getting synthetic blend the last 4-5 oil changes which was recommended by Midas and he became VERY RUDE and said we can’t do that !
