I dropped my car off at a scheduled time. They kept it 2.5 days. I had to call them to see what was going on. They didn’t check it fully to find the issue. I asked them to drive it to see what’s going on and they didn’t. The other shop did work on it and returned my truck with panels missing and wires hanging loose.
I was very disappointed with the service. My car was sitting at the shop for 3 weeks. Justin quoted me a price of 1,300 dollars to "Test" my transfer case. The communication is terrible throughout this process I didn't get any calls.I had to call and all they gave me is excuses. They finally stopped answering the phone and that's when I when down to the shop to find my car sitting in the parking lot collecting dust. I told them to give me my keys. University Place, WA location. These folks are fantastic. Helpful, courteous, upfront and customer oriented. Brought my pickup in first for brake work, followed by my sedan.
