Ryan is awesome. Needed to get my kid's oil changed before he left for MSU, but no one had his type of filter. He suggested getting it from the dealership and then he stayed after closing to change the oil. Even talked to my kid on the phone to tell him some of his Utube modifications he made are damaging his car! Offered to fix it once he is back in town. Above and beyond to say the least! Thank you Ryan!!!
Took 2 hrs to do oil change and tire rotation. The facility is card only no checks or cash payments. Then they charged a 3% card service fee. And to add to insult I was taxed for the service fee. They did the work but I’d go elsewhere if I have a choice
No customer service at all. Not even a good afternoon. I went for an oil change that included a free rotation but no rotation was done. The technician had dirt all over my driver side and not even a sticker on the windshield for future oil change reminder... I will never go to that place and will never recommend it to anyone.
I was very impressed with the service I received. Everyone was so professional and so nice. I really enjoyed talking to Wyland. He was a very nice young man and very professional and knowledgeable. I also enjoyed talking to Reb He scheduled me for a time back that worked for me and was also very nice. Everything went as planned and everyone did a very nice job. Thank you and I will refer you and I will be coming back for more work if I need it.
