They took a long time I was not able to get my car serviced.
I went in for an issue with my driver side window, They quoted me $900 to fix it and I believe that was just the labor only. I ended up buying the part for literally $25 on Amazon and getting it installed for free somewhere else. While they were diagnosing my issue (which they said was free of charge) They broke the driver side door latch. I went into Meineke for an oil change. Their servicing was fine, just your standard oil change, and took a little over an hour. But the experience of being in the waiting room with the staff was very uncomfortable. While the front desk worker, Wiley, was pleasant and friendly, the other staff members who came through made it uncomfortable enough for me to decide I’ll be getting my oil change elsewhere next time. Meineke just lost my business. I guess make an appointment doesn't mean anything. I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. today and I get here and there's people waiting that had appointments at 8:00 a.m. and he's telling me even if I wait the hour to 2 hours he still can't get me in
