Because of their honesty, quality work, and knowledge, I'll be coming back next time my car has a problem. Great service, fast, and honest. Came here for a simple A/C system recharge and they found a couple issues and recommended some solutions; they didn't insist on doing the work or push me into making them do the work. They just gave me an explanation of how to fix it.
I just picked up my SUV and they certainly exceeded my expectations and even took care of some items that I wasn't expecting!
Another happy camper here with this shops service...I needed exhaust work and made an appointment to show up early Saturday morning. Pulled in the lot - gave the mechanic my keys and was out the door in under an hour. The crew was friendly and from my personal experience with their professionalism...I will recommend them to my friends, family and co-workers.
Meineke showed me exhaust problem. I could weld or replace. Repair was done in an hour. Good honest shop.
My 2000 Grand Prix with 72 K miles had started running very rough and the engine light had come on. Meineke diagnosed the problem as a broken valve spring. I was told that GM had a recall campaign on valve springs for that engine and I decided to change all the springs on that particular head. The work was done, the car runs great again and all at a fraction of what the dealer was going to charge. Another thing was they didn't try to sell me service I didn't need, thanks guys

Got home, tried to close my driver window, no response. It was about 4:30 on a Friday. Drove to Meineke (a friend suggested them). I'd never been to them before. I explained the problem, the manager said they could fix it, and gave me a price range. I was not getting paid until Monday, so I didn't have the money to get it repaired, but was distressed because I live in an apartment, and was concerned about leaving my window open for the weekend. You will be pleasantly surprised with their professionalism and honesty and the respect they treat you with. I have never been disappointed.
As a single woman, with no knowledge of car maintenance, I was always afraid I will be taken advantage of by mechanics. I started going to Meineke two years ago and have never been worried since.
