This was an emissions test. I had a 45 minute wait … but they got me “in and out” in 20 minutes! Excellent!
Meineke deceived me. I went in to cash in my rewards points since the rewards program is ending. The shop would not credit rewards to the services I requested, but only to one lower cost service. I have been getting progressively more unhappy with this shop over the past year. The "bait and switch" by Meineke on their rewards program has convinced me to not use this shop for most repairs.
