I took my family member's car there to get a transmission issue figured out. James took the time to listen to what I needed and what I was looking for. I got exactly that plus an honest opinion of the overall condition of the vehicle since it is pretty old. Great job Meineke! Do not hesitate to give them a call.
I would be weary about sending your vehicle here. I sent my car in due to it not turning on and there being oil leakage. The key fob replacement took over two weeks — due to it needing to be ordered and programmed by Jeep, however during this time I had to go out of my way to get updates because they continuously contacted my husband over me, even though I contacted them and informed them I would be towing my car there and informed them of my appointment with my name and contact information. The people were friendly, the service was quality, and it was much quicker than expected.
Had a brake line leak and this shop got me in within hours! Quick and honest evaluation, photos of all their findings and explanations of repairs without overselling. Got me back on the road same day! They have friendly service from the front desk (thank you Jodi!) to the mechanics. I’ll be back for all my car needs, and they even help out local first responders with a discount!
