I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for an oil change and tire changeover. When I arrived today, I was told they couldn’t take my car. I asked to speak with a manager and was told by Scott, who said he was the general manager, that the only person above him was the owner. DON'T!!! Bad service, incomplete work, Over charged, work that Didn't need to be done happened - (initially it was a brake job), then calipers, then master cylinder, then hydraulic brake line, then ABS brake line - inexperienced lube tech performed work - 30 DAYS Later I was told there were 2 more weeks needed for parts to come in. - I had to have it towed elsewhere.
