Ok this has been an ordeal...I called one day to schedule an appointment just to have them call me the morning of the appointment to say "we have your muffler when would you like to schedule an install?" To which I replied "the installation is scheduled for today" they responded "oh we don't have any welders on duty today to do that" so I called a few days later to schedule the installation again. The manager of this particular outfit is an obnoxious, rude money grubber. Spend 5 minutes watching and listening to the way he treats his staff and his customers and make your own judgement. Or simply just avoid...

I thought I needed an alignment. My van was shaking and pulling to the right. They could have easily let it ride and charged me for something I didn't need but after a free inspection, I need new tires. Thank you for the honesty.
