I had a pleasant experience with Meineke today. Kevin and Brittany were both personable. They gave me the information I needed as far as using a coupon (more on this later), and Kevin didn't high-pressure me when he shared what he felt my car needed. They reached out to me, via text, the day after to give the reason why they did what they did on a particular matter I had a question about.
