As a woman I am cautious to where I take my car, but the meineke on northwest highway made me feel right at home. I was explained to about what was wrong with my car in a very detailed manner, this shop has a great group of guys working there. Jay is very good at making the customer feel welcomed and for once i didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I love this place and you will too!!!
This is a great place! Very fair. The other post that gave it one star is mistaken...this place opened in January or February of 2010. I went for an oil change and my friend took her car in for brakes and she said they were nice too.
I called this Meineke to get an estimate for what it would cost to replace a brake caliper. They told me $175-225. I thought that was a good price, so I dropped my car off. The guy calls me and then tells me that it is going to cost $320. When I asked him about the price discrepancy, he said that he would not have given that quote because that is how much the part costs itself.
