In my opinion, definitely one of the most unscrupulous places you could ever take your car. This is one of those shops that is going to talk at you a bunch and say numbers but won't provide you with a written estimate of their work. The reason they do this is to get you to provide verbal authorization of work without full, transparent knowledge of what work they'll be doing. I went here in October because I bought a coupon book from someone who told me purchasing the coupon would make the synthetic oil change 40 bucks, after a 40 dollar discount. I take my car in and am told it's going to be 65 dollars. It would've been fine if they didn't tell me to come back after 3000 miles. (Full synthetic is good for 5)(Maybe they don't actually use synthetic) Report to Carfax that my car has 100,000 more miles than it actually does.
