Busted my side mirror, went to Meineke. They got a new mirror faster than the dealership and a whole lot less.
I can’t say enough about the professional, kind, over-the-top service my family receives here. THE BEST car care around!
Visited this store for an oil change. Everything went well except for one bitter fact. My car had synthetic oil blend, but I asked if I can have full synthetic this time. The answer was that changing from blend to full requires an engine flush. Which turned out to be a lie, modern oils are fully compatible and don't need an engine flush when changing from one type to another. Very disappointing.
Two years ago I asked Meineke to change flying in my tdi Passat. They did. Two days later a learned from another shop (Christian brothers) that according to paperwork, Meineke put a wrong type of fluent into DSG. I came back to Meineke and right away they said “we were about to call you…”. Ok, they put the right fluid this time. Two years later (today) I went to another shop to change DSG fluid.
