This was my first experience with Meineke and I am pleased to say that I will be returning! The store manager was fantastic, and the other staff I interacted with were equally professional and outstanding. They made sure to keep me informed of time frame as I waited and provided me with very reasonable prices. The store is maintained very well, clean, and comfortable while you are waiting. Again, I will definitely be returning for future service needs! Thank you!
This place was awesome. Had two loose bulbs in my break lights and I was in and out. Staff was awesome, shoutout to Dustin.
Dustin, thank you so much, you just have no idea how much you helped me with my car needs! As a single mother to a child with special needs, i’m already on a limited monthly income. Dustin did everything he could to make sure he got the best prices for me to get my car fixed & back on the road. He was quick, thorough,& friendly. I WILL be back!
The cliche that people make a truly exceptional business is never more truer that my visit with Meineke. Why so? Honest and Integrity were first and foremost mixed with exceptional service. I thought I needed a brake job, which can get expensive. John the brake technician determined it was just the brake lines twisted causing my brake issues. These types of skills take years in the making...my salute and thank you for being a business worthy of trust.
