I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my husband and I received during our recent oil change appointment. We had a scheduled time of 10:30 AM for both vehicles, yet it took over an hour for our cars to even be brought in. We ended up waiting nearly three hours in total, with little to no communication from staff regarding delays or pricing. We had a small patch of confusion about exactly what I needed done. Most likely from my tendency to babble. Got it all ironed out fine. The truck wasn’t ready when stated. The shop delivered it to my house next day. Really nice of them. Everyone in the shop was personable and pleasant. I’ll go here again.
