The employees were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Dave was the employee that helped me from start to finish. Dave informed me of what kind of repairs were needed and called Car Shield to start the claim. After everything was over, Dave called for an Uber to take me home. I was surprised when the Uber driver informed me Dave had taken care of everything. I will always take my care to Meineke!!!
New Years Eve, my heater fan stopped working. I stopped in and it turned out to be simply a loose wire. They fixed it and I was on my way. A few weeks later, my fan stopped working again. Same exact symptoms, however this time it was deemed to be the "temperature climate control" that needed replacing. The cost was going to hurt. I’ve called repeatedly about removing my email and phone number from several accounts and hate to do this but maybe this will get it cleared up. My car has not been serviced here but I’m annoyed by the constant spam email asking for feedback
