Bad experience they claimed the coupon for the discount price was not valid and it was not their problem because he has nothing to do with advertising. Even though none of the discount advertising had any expiration date on it. I didn't feel like i was treated fairly and the customer service sucked.
I went in for an oil change because of a coupon (first time) . Pros: they honored coupon, very clean establishment, good initial customer when walking in and when complete, easy checkout and appointment options.Cons: I did ask them not to do tire rotation or inspection on Coupon because I was on break from work. I was asked where my tire lock key was and I reiterated I didn’t want anything else except oil change. I look over my tires are off. They were great. Timely and professional; the free inspection was very thorough and helpful. They provided pictures of the things that clearly needed maintenance. :)
Previously the service was on point been coming here to Niles for the past 4yrs. But today I was given an estimate by text and as soon I was given a discount the estimate went up $200. After a long conversation trying to resolve this and the manager David would not honor the original estimate because it was a system error.
