Not great customer service this.
Really great front desk really sharp gentleman in the back so I gotta say
Won't be coming back to this location. Was told the oil change would take under an hour but it took over two. They sold me on replacing filters, but they didn't even have them in stock, and I had to wait for them to get delivered. Invoice didn't make sense and there were hidden charges that didn't show up on the estimate that they then had a hard time explaining to me.
They quoted me more than the value of my car in repairs. So I got a new car. Which they did the same thing to. So I took that car back to my old place and they did the repairs for ~25% the quote Meineke gave me. So I took my old car to them too and they quoted only $3k to repair EVERYTHING when Meineke quoted $8k for FEWER repairs just to get it running. Insane.
