We have worked with Meineke before having an oil change. This was 6 months ago and they indicated the brakes needed to be reviewed. Today we were able to get the free inspection and have them replaced. Great service and honest communication on cost.
Kyle, the manager, is doing a great job. He is friendly, efficient, to-the-point, and honest. I appreciate that their inspection is intended to lead to add-on sales AND that there was NO hard sell by Kyle.
