Handled my vehicle with care. Another guest was being absolutely obnoxious and the manager handled them very calmly and then checked on the other guests in the lobby. I felt bad as it was apparent the guest wanted something for nothing or maybe had taken advantage of kindness in the past. His scene cost them and it wasn’t right.

This was my first ever visit to a Meineke shop. I made an appointment to get a quote on a brake job and left over 90 minutes later with a laundry list of list of repairs.they said I should do. Despite declining a quote on new tires, they insisted on giving me one. They even showed me the computer screen with their cost of $40 per tire and then were gracious enough to tell me they would discount the retail cost of $180 down to $140 each in order to quote me $687 for four tires.
