I went to get oil change with a groupon coupon purchased on Groupon which included oil change, filter, tire rotation fluid top offs and other things that usually get checked out when doing such service. Upon finishing the desk employee tried to suggest things that needed to get done on the car. But come to find out that they didn’t do tire rotation because it’s not needed? The several times I've taken my vehicle to Meineke, I've consistently had a positive experience. They do a great job of explaining the services my car needs in order of priority, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and have always been honest about the condition of my vehicle and the repairs required. The staff at the shop is friendly, which I certainly appreciate, but what I value most is their efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism.
