1st of all I was calling and leave messages for 2 days to make an appointment to get an oil change and non one ever returned my calls. Then on the second day I went into the shop in person midday and no one came to the counter for over 7 minutes so I left. Meineke miss diagnose my vehicle. I am not sure what I pay almost $500 for. And they want charge another $2000 and that wasn’t the issue.
