James is excellent
Prepaid through Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Was early to my appointment but about a half an hour in the front desk person tells me they're "booked and busy" and couldn't do the tire rotation. When I insisted they do the rotation they claimed they couldn't because of some liability issues that didn't make sense. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Won't be back.
Above and beyond. Everyone was so cool!
Went above and beyond helping us out after another place royally messed up our oil change. Would highly recommend, great staff.
