First and foremost I would like to say thank you for everything to Kirstin, and Ryan at the South Academy Meineke location. They went way above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road again. It’s hard to find people now days that have same the old school values when it comes to customer service but these two most certainly do. I would also like to thank Nathan as well. I would recommend everyone to use this location if you want excellent customer service and mechanics that have mastered their craft. Thank you!
They are very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and don't pressure you into services. They are accommodating.
Appreciated the person who provided detailed quotes. She seemed very knowledgeable and was clear about which items required immediate attention and which could be done later. We did the oil change and have an appointment scheduled for other work needed.
Extremely rude, bad customer service. Tried calling to inquire information about their services and the representative had a terrible attitude. I rarely post negative reviews, I understand people have bad days. But that was just awful.
