Fast and nice people
Kirsten, Sven, and Ryan took EXCEPTIONAL care of me. I was travelling and needed work done right away. Although they were QUITE busy (full, I think) they made time to assess the issue, order the parts, and get is fixed as close to right away as anyone could get. They also stayed with me after the shop closed until my ride arrived. I cannot stress enough how thoughtful and caring they were, not to mention doing great work with the repair.
