Arrived to the office a few minutes after my appointment time, though there was one customer ahead of me, my vehicle was serviced about 15-20 minutes after the appointment time. Management was very friendly, explained in detail how the online appointment system work and how the various businesses operate. The office was very clean, mechanic was polite.
