Unprofessional, cheat money!
Have been here before and the staff was amazing! However I scheduled an oil change a few days ago over the phone and showed up the find out this location was permanently closed. I called the number listed and the person who answered told me all calls were getting transferred to one of 4 other locations and couldn’t tell which location I made my appointment at. I was on my lunch hour and didn’t have time to call around and drive to another location. Very disappointed in the lack of communication on their part.
