Aj was a great employee great service
I made and appointment and it was kept on time. They explained about the car and what kind of oil it needed. Even helped me with a coupon.
I don’t often write reviews but time time and money that I’ve spent having the mechanics at meineke work on my car, I’m now spending again at another mechanic shop because I trusted the wrong people. I should have gone with my gut instinct and continued to ask around. I emailed and called the meineke contact with no word back. Definitely always go with your gut instinct. Being taken advantage of isn’t fun but lesson learned.
Called up and asked if they could weld a new bolt on exhaust system that was installed on my truck. They said they could do that. I took it up there and dropped it off. The order was to make sure the exhaust was installed correctly due to some tight clearance then to weld up the pipe. I got a call a few hours later saying it was ready. It was a rainy day so when I went to pick up, I didn’t lay down in the rain to look under to make sure it was welded, I just assumed they did it since this is what they do.
