Dishonest, incompetent, lazy and missing parts from our vehicle. Told me I needed parts that my truck doesn't even have like I wouldn't know. Do not go here.
This place is the absolute worst choice to get your vehicle repaired. I initially dealt with with Mike, store manager, and was repeatedly lied to. No followup callbacks to report on progress and completely bogus diagnostic report. I was informed that I needed new plugs and wires for my vehicle that has coils packs and boots. Also, informed I needed a mass air flow sensor which I refused. Picked up my truck and the entire air filter housing assembly and air box was missing. Worst mechanic I ever experienced! No customer service. No urgency even when it's THEIR error. Independently owned so Meineke corporate does not care how they treat you. Manager doesn't have a clue about customer service! Constantly lies about what they did or are doing or can do. There are other places to go in the area. Do not give them a dime!
