I took my car to them to see why it was overheating, they replaced the radiator and thermostat, didn't flush the radiator and left the pressure valve open... Long story short my car broke down completely 15 minutes later and we had to get it towed to a mechanic who fixed all the problems, Meineke refused to reimburse is for the damage they caused in our car!
Horrible customer service. They over price. I changed my rack and pinion and forgot to drain the power steering fluid. So I called Meineke to see if they could. He said if I got there soon they would be able to. So I went, got quoted 120 bucks for something that takes 15 minutes to do. Then when I got there, they said they couldn't get to it today. If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE, OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. You've been warned.

Made an appointment specifically to fix my muffler. Clearly stated the problem. When I got there, they looked to discover I had an appointment. Apparently they don't look before hand. Then told me they didn't do mufflers! Why would they say they do then?! Total waste of time and gas!
Great service. Had a 100000 mile service on my truck, they did a great job! Very professional! I will bring it back another 100k miles if I'm lucky!
