**Warning** I read the reviews here and so I went thinking ok here's a reasonable honest mechanic. Boy was I wrong. Sadly I actually liked the guy behind the counter who I think was the owner. We talked music and he said w a smile "I'll give you the best price possible and the military discount." I came here for an oil change and tire rotation since I have always gone to Meineke for my car needs. The front desk guy gave me the heads up that getting an oil change here is okay but the owner is a stickler and charges outrageous for other things. I tried to use my award points and they denied it. They are not connected to the franchise system. They also do not do military discount like other locations do. The guy at the front desk was very nice and I appreciate the honesty from them. Pat and everyone in the garage have been amazing. I came here for pretty much everything for my '92 Jeep for the past three years. They helped me out on many occasions above and beyond their jobs.

Replaced my battery in a timely manner, but completely over charged me. I was quoted $106 over the phone, when I got there I was charged $99 for the battery and $66 for labor. When calling for an inquiry request labor be included in the price.
