Made an appointment for 8:30am Monday (today - March 2nd) online last week. Never got a call that shop would be closed. Arrived 15min before appointment time, and no one here. Hours liated on door state open at 8am. Called number listed online and person who answered said "We are renovating and will be closed for a few days. Sorry." Should have called and let me know instead of me getting all the way here. Terrible customer service. Never coming here again.

DECEMBER 2 -3, 2019. Completely DISHONEST, owner and repair facility. Took the car to this shop to confirm or deny whether there was damage underneath the car after having scrapped the bottom driving through a driveway. Sascha (owner) confirmed no damage other than a cosmetic scratch to the plastic cover and exhaust. This is a great place to take your car for an oil change. The service is quick, clean and the prices are reasonable. The manager/owner is courteous and takes the time to explain all issues with the vehicle. I actually live 200 miles from Poway but work in the area often. I have no plans other than to have my vehicle services at this specific Meineke.
I have been a loyal customer of MeinekePoway for a long time. His well trained mechanics take good care of their customers car as their own. They are customer service friendly and very fast in doing their jobs. Thank you to your team for taking care of my car.
