Rude, misleading.....and this is even BEFORE I brought my car in – I drive past this Meineke on Kirby all the time, and it always looks empty. Now I know why. I need some regular maintenance work done on my car. Just typical maintenance stuff - oil change, tire rotation, fuel system cleaning, transmission flush. I've called 5 car shops for prices, and all of them have been very friendly over the phone, even taking time to explain some of the services. But NOT THIS MEINEKE. Terrible experience - AVOID this operation – I took my running vehicle to this Meineke, who completed some exhaust work on it ... three weeks later it was towed to another facility because it could not leave under its own power. Meineke corporate has refused to deal with the issue and the owner has been unresponsive ... caveat emptor with franchises - the brand has nothing to do with the shop and you are at the mercy of the "independent owner".
