Had an appointment for 1030. (Oil change) Car didn't get taken back until 1140. Didn't leave the place until 1215.

Terrible experience! I came in to get my inspection and emmisions test done, they charged me up front , said it'd be two hours, made me wait and after two hours they hadn't touched my car. I asked and they said they can't tell when they'll be able to get to it. How do you charge someone, promise service in two hours and not even start service and not even apologize for this type of cheating? I will never come back and I would not recommend this place to anybody.
Horrible wanted a new exhaust from the CAT back they changed a perfectly working CAT and left all the old pipes and muffers and then said the CAT was bad after they did it but never said a word till it was all done. Save your self time and grief

Oil change and inspection done in about an hour. Was very happy with my experience :)
