Do not go to Meineke for any of your care repair needs. The location on Park Road in Columbus Ohio has avoided me after I have been trying to complain for months. The manager said the owner has just found about my complaint from September 2018 2 days ago yet I have been contacted by several other franchise owners that they contacted him personally. Corporate Meineke hasn’t lived up to their end of an agreement so I’m posting my review. Again, Do NOT use Meineke.
