Horrible experience with this location! Went in for P420 Cat. code for them to replace the bank 1 converter near the firewall! Idiots replace bank 2 and told me that the code was no longer their and that I needed a tune-up! Took it to AutoZone and Pep Boys and all said that the code was still there and I even saw the code! Took it to the Meineke location off of South Blvd. and he said they replaced the wrong converter, they replaced bank 2 (P430) and not bank 1 !! Tech said he verified it with Auto Zone! Really! I love those dudes and the great work they do! I recommend...
Y'all beware of the Meineke on Albemarle rd...had my car repaired there to get my check engine light to go off. This was over 2 months ago...the light keeps coming on and they are trying to blame it on a part that I bought brand new saying it was defective...to prove them wrong I have taken it to Honda and they said nothing was wrong with the part...it seems as though they don't want to fix it because I opted to buy the part elsewhere...
