I had the most terrible experience here. I brought my car in for an AC recharge, which only lasted about a day. So I came in again and they told me that I needed a new AC compressor. I bought one from Oreilly's and brought it to them. They put it in, and when that didn't fix the "problem", they told me I needed a new expansion valve. That was replaced, but to no avail. Very willing to help us out. My brother went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change but crushed the filter on his car and it leaked oil until his car had none left in it. He drove here and they filled his oil and put a new filter on free of charge! Obviously they can't do that for everyone but they made several customers for life by taking the time to do that! I've had great experiences as well and they're always the lowest priced.
The guys at Meineke are amazing. Plus it's always great to support a family owned business!! They are friendly and helpful but never pushy. They bend over backwards for their customers and earn their business. I have taken my car to several other popular places in Utah county but I will literally never take my car anywhere else. Meineke is the best!
Tyler is a super friendly and helpful guy. Does extra work to try to get the best price on parts. Also if your a student he will give %10 off on some services. I love that he does what ever he can to provide great customer service.
