An employee was very rude to my boyfriend. He went in for an estimate to have oil put into his transmission.When he asked what was going to be done, the employee became anoid and immediately refused service. There was another customer waiting there and witnessed it all. It seemed like the guy didn't even want to help him. Thank you Jiffy Lube for your help today. At least you were willing to help a paying customer.
