Dave returned my call within an hour and was able to get me in his schedule the following week. He was friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Meinders for air duct cleaning!
The cleaning is good, i'm sure, though time will tell. The customer service wasn't good. I expect my home to be respected and considered and communication about the process, however, that did not happen. I hardly got a good morning before they jumped out of there truck, and took over my house without even a proper introduction/questions for the first time meeting face to face. No booties were worn until i asked for them too, and even then, they were only worn upstairs, not downstairs of my home. I had to ask for the water th... read more
