This company has continued to support the South Hampton Townhome Development HOA in cohesion to rob the homeowners and renters of dues/fines without showing any evidence of where the funds are going after many requests from residents. They have continued to feed us inaccurate or no information that we the residents have asked them to provide that we are privy to. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received, bar none They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I so frustrated and distressed They are rude and all around unprofessional They behave as though they are doing us a favor rather than they are hired by us. Why should our HOA continue to hire them with our money? How can 99% of the reviews be one star ( and mine would have been zero star if it was an option) Why aren't they reported to Consumers Report?

I recently moved from a home that is managed my MEINC Property Management (Kevin McAfee). I lived there for 3 years and any issue that came up, Kevin was always quick with a response and action to resolve the issue. My move-in was smooth and my move-out was smooth as well. The support I received from him and the management office while living in the home was a good experience, and nothing short of amazing. If I were to move into that area again, I will definitely try to move into a home managed my Kevin and MEINC.
