I’m leaving a 1 star review because Google won’t let me leave a 0 star. The absolute most despicable and unprofessional group I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I recently got my license plates changed and this sad group of people had the police called, so they could give me a ticket for not having a front plate. Mind you, I had the plate in my car, went into the house to find screws, and by the time I come out I had a ticket on my window for $100. I think this is one of the worst HOA Company ever . They do nothing for Potomac Overlook and you can never get anyone to answer or return your calls/ emails.
This company has continued to support the South Hampton Townhome Development HOA in cohesion to rob the homeowners and renters of dues/fines without showing any evidence of where the funds are going after many requests from residents. They have continued to feed us inaccurate or no information that we the residents have asked them to provide that we are privy to.
