Very helpful staff and relief from neck pain
I visited for a frozen shoulder many years ago. I had great results and was very pleased with how much mobility I had gained. Push-ups, softball, hockey became more enjoyable and I was much more active. Fast forward today...I decided to visit for my right leg and a lot of tight muscles. I had instant results after a 2 hr session. I knew I was tight but had no clue how tight. I have been going once per month now to work out some kinks and keep loose.
