Was told by Mr. Anthony Rivero General Manager that every part of the EMZ-8TR was available. After obtaining an EMZ-8TR and inquiring about parts I am getting push pack and no replies. Mr. Rivero told me all parts and services would be made availablefor the EMZ-8TR eitherthrua dealer or direct. It is hard to order parts when a Parts diagram and parts list is not made available. Bad Customer Service..
Meiji Techno America Microscope are the only Microscopes I trust in my lab. I have had one for 20 years. It's practically paid for my livelihood. I called them to order a rubber eyeguard for my first model. Mr. Anthony Rivero General Manager shipped me one for free. They care about their customers and make quality microscopes that last a lifetime. Will definitely recommend!!
