I had a very frustrating experience, I was prescribed a medication that needed a prior authorization I have a primary insurance and a secondary. Of course I realize they had to bill my primary insurance first which it was denied through them. My secondary insurance approved the prior authorization. I spent a week and a half of back and fourth phone calls between my doctor the pharmacy and my secondary insurance. Switched over and it's so much better than any of the national stores.
At a time I’m most vulnerable most stressed. I found ember she’s one of the employees that I’ll never forget especially after today. You are a true blessing girl you went above and beyond for me and I cannot share my gratitude thank you. From me and the baby in my belly. 🫶🏻
