Pharmacy constantly late with meds then once they even say they're ready half the times they're not even ready
EXTREMELY RUDE!!! TERRIBLE PHONE ETIQUETTE. Don't remember who i spoke with some woman, she was so freaking rude. TAKE HER OFF THE PHONE. They all need training in there. There also a rude guy i spoke with as well. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! I was just trying to get LIFE SAVING MEDS. SO SORRY YALL HAD TO DO YOUR JOB. Maybe pick another field that isn't dealing with such sensitive scenarios.
They obviously don't understand the difference between a 30 day supply and a 6 month supply. I requested a 6 month supply. I picked up my prescription without checking, because they make a point of throwing everything in a bag without showing you or communicating what you're getting. Upon arriving home, I realize they gave me a 30 day supply. They don't verbalize confirmation of what you're expecting to be in the bag. Shame on me, because this is the 2nd time this has happened.
