They keep telling me a prescription is on backorder yet when I go to another Meijer, cvs, walgreens, Kroger's they say they have it they don't even mention about a back order or rolling back order and even the doctor's office said they have never heard of it. I find it very disappointing that this Meijer doesn't even try and try to blame. That's only who they contract with when they use several companies I know that carry all lines of drugs.
I went on the website and picked the vaccine I needed for travel, filled out their long questionnaire, and was finally able to make an appointment. I get an email confirmation. On appointment day, I arrive 10 minutes early like they requested, and the guy is staring at the his computer like he is stumped. He asks what vaccine I ordered, and I tell him. He looks to his trainor who says “we’ll have to order that”, and implies that I should have called ahead to see if they had that vaccine in stock. I wish they could at least l... read more
Why do I have to keep coming back to get the detailed printout for a prescription? Third time in a row. I'll transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.
