September is wonderful! They updated 2 vaccinations for me and they were pleasant AND they are expert vaccination givers. Did not feel it at all!! I would have liked to leave this bit in a separate review but the online forum/app really needs some work… accessing my medications despite talking to the pharmacy staff 3 times to have it reset is wild… having to call and wait in a queue for 15-30 minutes is not ideal to simply refill a script.
Always fast and friendly service
My doctor sent in a prescription but it still wasn't showing up as ready. So I went to the desk inside to ask what was going on and they explained it was needing "prior authorization". I didn't know what that meant and asked for further details. The woman helping me patiently explained further. I realized it was my insurance making it take longer, it wasn't on the pharmacy at all, and by being calm, unassuming, and asking questions, I was able to get the info I needed.
