One of the most efficiently ran Pharmacies I've been to.
This is the best pharmacy in the area. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They move fast, to get you in and out. They have 2 drive through bays that are also quick. The new drive through scanners for your ID, make visits even quicker.
Staff are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Same with the pharmacists. All Meijer, pharmacies are about the same. Just depends on the location. Although I do prefer 10 mile road pharmacies to knapps corner. After Covid it seems the place went all ghetto, is dirtier than before, and the Staff would rather look at their phones then help you out.
Yes, this is a pharmacy inside a Meijer, so temper your expectations. Joking aside, what I've recently realized is how I've never had any issues, frustration, or complaints here. If I'm honest, there was one occasion that had a hiccup with my insurance. It wasn't the pharmacy's fault, but the staff telephoned me, described the problem and suggested two options.
