System does not inform me by text that my prescription is ready for pick up. At one time it did and now it does not. So I have to call them to check on it. That takes their time and my time and should not be.
I had a huge ordeal with my son’s insurance today. Justin was such a help! He went above and beyond. He made sure things were taken care of. He fixed the issue! He was patient with me as I had to make multiple phone calls to the insurance companies. I’ll sign a petition to get Justin a raise!
Meijer's is a great store they should probably get out of the pharmacy business their pharmacist was literally unhinged. like I've never seen a professional act that way. This is the second only one star review I gave and I'm a local Guide.
This pharmacy wouldn't process a REFILL for me because they said my doctor wrote the instructions wrong. How was I able to get the original medication then, with the same instructions? I got my doctor to send a new prescription with updated instructions. Then they never ordered it because they said AI controls which medications they can get. They have to mark it as out of stock and HOPE that the AI will send it. Then they offered me a generic, and I was very confused because the medication I take is name-brand ONLY. A generi... read more
