Firstly, this review is so far from when I had this experience, BUT there is a pharmacy tech named LAURA and she went incredibly above and beyond the call of providing excellent customer service. Staff was incredibly busy that day, and the pharmacy was out of an ingredient for my daughter’s strep antibiotic. Laura took great care and TIME to CALL other locations to find availability. Fast and responsive pharmacy, make sure you sign up for text alerts when you are due for a refill or your prescription is in! It helps a lot with the process :)
This meijers is always equipped with my medications and they are always very professionally attentive.
Pharmacist today wants to act like they're a doctor! you're not a doctor you're a pharmacist. If you're not going to fill people's prescriptions get a different job or go back to school.
